Corned Beef Festival
The third annual Corned Beef Festival features samples the 2013 vintage of barrel-cured corned beef and tips on how to prepare the perfect St. Patty’s Day feast, including variations of artisanal mustards, pickles, potatoes, and veggies. Also including samples of old-fashioned, barrel-cured corned rounds, brisket points, and brisket flats.
