Race starts at 8am on ENS 700 Field, but arrive at 7am for pre-race festivities including “jump-in” by Navy’s Leap Frogs parachute team during national anthem (around 7:45am). Run in boots; “if our military can operate in combat boots, so can you!” Proceeds benefit Navy SEAL Foundation and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. jogginforfrogmen@gmail.com.
