The Exotic Tajine
Executive chef Arleen hosts an evening of adventure as participants learn the how-to of cooking lamb tajine, chicken tajine with olives and preserved lemons, and a vegetable tajine. Participants with their own tajine are asked to please bring it to class. Wear closed toe shoes and bring an apron, a chef's knife, and containers to carry leftovers home. Pre-registration required.
