Background:

Based near UTC/La Jolla, Vegas to Vesta is Linda Brown and Stephan Vankov, a collaboration of their unique musical backgrounds, new media explorations, and the use of ever evolving new technologies.

Linda Brown is an electronic music composer with a background in acoustic piano performance and songwriting. She brings the form and structure of a traditional singer songwriter to their work, infusing
elements of pop, folk, and jazz with electronic and ethnic instrumentation, rich vocal textures, and powerful lyrical content.

An electronic music producer and performer, Stephan Vankov explores movement and space through unique rhythms, layered textures, and sonics. Through intricate drum and synth programming and a diverse approach to music composition, Vankov brings detail and dimension to their work.

Their album Thin Line on the Horizon was released in 2010.
