Inception: Chula Vista, 2007

Background:

The guitar duo known as Tiny Frank was founded by James “Mike” McCullock and Jack “Stretch” Norris, whose bond began when they met and realized they had both covered the same song on their respective demos, Peter Gabriel’s “In Your Eyes.” Before long, they wrote their first original song, “Leia as a Slave.”

Based in Chula Vista and Imperial Beach, their debut album Wonderland was released in 2008. A second full-length, Hot Like a Fonda, came out in late 2009, followed by a Greatest Hits album on the Hammerle Productions label.
