Synoposis

Background:

Slasher Mary is an electro-soul band featuring Stevie Harris (Styletones, Stevie and the Hi-Stax) and and DJ/producer Vela2.

“Slasher Mary” was the nickname given by the press to Mary Richardson in 1914, when the political suffragette used a knife to publicly slash an erotic Diego Velázquez painting of the goddess Venus.
