Inception: San Diego, 2002

Background:

Roosevelt started in 2002, when eventual lead guitarist Brett Williams came to know drummer Eric Sunderland, by way of using Eric's no-bedroom dorm at Point Loma Nazarene as a crash pad until he
could find a job and an apartment. The duo was joined by Australian singer/songwriter Daniel Molchanoff and bassist Rick Sybrandy.

Their EP Miracles and City Lights was released in 2009.
