Synoposis

Inception: San Diego, 2000

Background:

Named after a fictional film referenced in the Seinfeld TV series, post grunge/alternative band Rochelle Rochelle includes singer/guitarist Erik Berg, guitarist Gaylord Van Brocklin, bassist Nicholas Sekol, and drummer Jeff Grasmick. Their debut EP was released in 2001, earning them a Best New Artist trophy at that year's San Diego Music Awards.

In 2012, several band members, along with players from Parker Theory, formed a new band called Career Day. After a long period of inactivity, Rochelle Rochelle regrouped to play the Casbah in October 2012.
