Background:
Nick Bone and the Big Scene includes frontman Nick Bone of cowpunks the Screamin YeeHaws, along with original YeeHaws bassist Jimmy Dean. The group is filled out by the SoCal/Chicano flavoring of lead guitarist Ritchie Orduno, Jr., drummer Martin Robles, and bassist/producer Dirty Steve. Their debut performance was Mar 7, 2012.
A self-titled debut full-length was released in 2012, along with promotional videos by photo wizard Matt Skow. Their single “House Boat” appeared on the Ship Records San Diego band compilation Against the Current.
