Background:

Mike Press moved from Portland to San Diego where, in 2007, he released his Keep Your Head album. The 12-song CD was partially recorded in Cambridge, M.A., at High and Dry Studio, and partially in San Diego with engineer/guitarist/bassist Kyle Thompson.
