Background:
Los Macuanos is a three-man band specializing in a Mexican genre known as ruidosón. The sounds are based around electronic techno music and samples, mixed with Latin swing, cumbia, norteño, and grupero, with topical lyrics dealing with contemporary religion and social concerns, particularly as they relate to inner cities.
