Synoposis

Inception: Oceanside, 2009

Influences: blink-182, Angels & Airwaves, +44, Box Car Racer, Butch Walker, Chatmonchy

Background:

Formed in early 2009, the Heartshakes is a duo featuring Taichi (guitar) and Emi (vocals and guitar). They are influenced by pop, powerpop, pop punk, and J-pop. Their first single “Infatuation” was recorded with producer Masaki Murashita, singer/guitarist for Hemoptysis.

A debut EP For You & Me was released in March, 2011.
