Background:

This is the third attempt by Tim Penwell and Dan Gaskill to form a more perfect union. It all started in 2003 with the Osophists, which ultimately failed in 2005. In 2007, they tried again with Close Talker only to fall prey to predatory loan sharks. The third time's a charm right? They'll see as they move from a four-piece to a more minimal three-piece band.
