Background:
That '70s Rock Show is fronted by Dave Madden, who spent around 20 years touring with the L.A.-based Doors tribute Wild Child. "I had a tour with Wild Child to go to England and Scotland, but had misplaced my passport in the move. I thought that to be an omen and called Dave Brock to tell him I just couldn't do this anymore."
"I quit in 2005 to move from L.A. to Ocean Beach, to start my own endeavors," says Madden. The stage production is designed to harken back to big '70s rock concerts, with lights, lasers, fog, costumes, and lots of glitter.
