Al Kooper -- 01/07/10 at AMSDconcerts
I saw Al at his last AcousticMusic San Diego event and he transported me back to the early 70's in about 8 seconds. What a night! He is awesome.— September 24, 2009 6:02 p.m.
Thoughts of Northern California
Thanks for the extra reminders! I really am quite grateful that fate got me to San Diego.— August 31, 2009 10:46 a.m.
"It's better than St Paul", an Interview with Mike
I was homeless with 2 babies in 1970. When I got back on my feet, I started working for a place that got homeless women and children off the streets and into housing. I have been an advocate for homeless families most of my adult life. I only write about what I live. Every experience is unique, we all do the best we can do. I speak from my heart, never intending to hurt or shame anyone. I am sorry if you feel I have been anything but real.— August 21, 2009 4:38 p.m.
"It's better than St Paul", an Interview with Mike
Wonder who is doing the judging here?— August 20, 2009 2:12 p.m.
"It's better than St Paul", an Interview with Mike
Dear Soonah Sorry if I gave the wrong impression, I had just been talking to a person from St Paul. If you read my other blogs, you might know a bit more about my ideals. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment.— August 19, 2009 2:36 p.m.
I Own It
My heart breaks every time greed wins. It is so sad to watch as the homes and landscaping that make San Diego beautiful are replaced with concrete blocks. Thank you for your article.— December 4, 2008 1:39 p.m.
