Thanksgiving Dinner
"Vance the Vegan" HAHAHAHA! Love it!!! That sounds like the best Thanksgiving ever. Another nice read, JB. ;-)— November 27, 2009 7:18 p.m.
Who You Callin' Chicken?
With regards to tattoos, I could never get one. The process seems too painful. You couldn't get anywhere near my feet with a needle either.. too ticklish. This sounds corny, but I always thought it would be funny to get a tattoo of Herve Villechaize, of Fantasy Island and James Bond villain fame. Happy 40th, Chicken. ;-)— November 26, 2009 12:04 p.m.
Observations From the Drive-In
The Santee drive-in is great, but the one in Imperial Beach is really nice and "clean". I love the drive-ins. My parents took us often to one of the many drive-ins in L.A. starting when I was three. Our first movie, by today's standards would be deemed very inappropriate for a three year old, was Godfather 2. Next we saw One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. It was so fun to sit in your jammies with your pillow and blankie and eat pizza and candy. Good piece, Josh. Glad you enjoyed yourself. ;-)— November 22, 2009 2:08 p.m.
The Oprah Brouhaha
Unbelievable, Josh! You've never eaten a Pop Tart?????!!! They're delicious, IMO. ;-)— November 21, 2009 8:07 a.m.
Halloween Police
My mistake. I believe in The Omen, Gregory Peck utters something in Latin, probably what you're referring to In Zapped! when he's about to kill Damien (I think.) That Richard Pryor/ Exorcist sketch on SNL was a riot! Tofu's brother is named Wonton. Isn't that adorable? haha! Oh, they only eat cat food with chicken or turkey. No beef.— November 21, 2009 3:08 a.m.
None
Bingo, Josh! The quiet, sweet guys NEVER approached me.. only the stuck up jocks and I admit I liked the attention because I thought it was genuine. Now, as for the "hot" (yes, beauty is very subjective) chicks you claim had attitudes, the girls I thought that were considered "hotter" were very nice... soo hmmmm???? Maybe you regret dating vapid semi hot chicks hahaha.. j/kidding!! ;-9— November 19, 2009 9:25 p.m.
What's your biggest regret?
Biggest regret.. would be not getting my degree of course and a close second would be not paying more attention to nice available guys in high school. ;-)— November 19, 2009 3:45 p.m.
Halloween Police
"The power of Christ compels you!" (Exorcist and The Omen) Poor puppy and your poor wallet! My senior kitty Tofu was sick last month and $1500 later we still don't know what caused her vomiting episode. Edward Cullen is a perfect costume as is John Gosselin. I think guys have it easier when dressing up for Halloween. They don't feel compelled to wear skimpy outfits and have to compete with the younger gals out there. Okay, maybe there are some dudes who do that. ;-)— November 18, 2009 9:05 p.m.
Football Stuff
Hi RobertScorpio, Really?? RobertScorpio?? That handle is just too cool. Anyhoo. ;-) Crissy aka Anna Devane ha ha— November 17, 2009 2:21 p.m.
Have you ever stolen anything?
Josh, I worked at Japanese Village in Sea World (yeah, go figure) right out of high school. We sold all kinds of yummy Asian snacks like shigiri ika, (squid jerky) and honey balls, it's like a sweet round teeny tiny cracker etc, in the gift shop. And only twice did I pilfer from the stores. I was soo hungry when I did that. I eventually paid for my stolen goods because I felt soo guilty.— November 15, 2009 2:57 a.m.
