Warning: contents could cause loathing. How did a talented guy like Michael Dowse go from directing the flipped out and intensely moving It’s All Gone, Pete Tong to signing this reheated Rob Reiner casserole? It’s a sitcom waiting to happen, When Harry Potter Met Sally, in which every sugary morsel that drips from its characters' ever-grinning kissers is as fatuous as it is sickeningly snuggly. Even a purposely ill-fitted running gag involving fecally focused dinner chatter failed to add chlorophyll to the overall colorless conversation. What if filmgoers pretended this never opened and avoided it as they would botulism? If nothing else, exhibitors would best be advised to put in a line of insulin at the concession stand.
