10:40 Swimmer: Sunset Cliffs Call Box Call, check the welfare on a surfer possibly tired and cold at Osprey. Lifeguard, Jet unit and a lifeguard rescue vessel respond, surfer clear lifeguards clear.
14:38 Swimmer: 911 caller reporting his 30 year old son is missing on a boogie board. Lifeguards respond, male is located walking out of the water/clear.
15:53 Medical: Report of a 38 year old female at 2074 Abbott St. Lifeguard responds, unable to locate/clear.
16:40 Medical: 911 call for a 27 year old female who was hit in the head by a rock when 2-3 fell from the cliff at Ladera. Victim is at the top of the cliff, Lifeguard, emergency and medics respond. Medics transport patient to Kaiser.

13:37 Medical: MDC of traumatic injuries 2688 East MB Drive. Lifeguard responds and advises fire on scene and handles.
23:44 Other: RP via PD reports vehicle in the water on Fiesta Island. SDPD and Lifeguards respond. Lifeguard advises vehicle is clear and tow truck handles.

06:03 Other: SDPD contacts LGs re: possible plane down in LJ Cove area. Officers on scene unable to locate anything. Boat unit investigates and nothing found as well. USCG notified.
18:34 River: 2 adults on each side of river bank at I-805 and 54. Chula Vista Fire handles.

13:53 Medical: 2 year old male with breathing problems. Pacific Beach area. Lifeguard, fire and medics respond. Medics transport patient to Children’s.
15:00 Medical: Male unknown age injured from a fall. Pismo Ct. and Oceanfront. Lifeguard and Fire respond. Fire handles.
