10:36 - Medical: Male rescued from kayak at the Casa and is seasick. Lifeguards and medical on scene. Patient transported to Scripps La Jolla.

12:40 - Medical: Seizures, 36 year-old male at Capistrano and Bayside Walk. Lifeguards, medical and emergency on scene. Patient released against medical advice.

12:34 - Medical: Aspiration at Stony Point. Lifeguard boat units on scene, report one water rescue, no medics needed.

14:15 - Boating: Vessel inside surf at Hogan’s. 35 foot vessel inside the surf Lifeguard boat and Jet Ski units respond. Lifeguard calls all clear, vessel underway heading west.

17:37 - Medical: 64 year-old male head Vs. bottom at Mission Beach. Lifeguard, emergency and medical respond. Patient transported to Scripps La Jolla.

18:16 - Medical: Lifeguard requests medics to foot of Law St. for a 12 year-old female with a head injury, surfboard to head, C-spine precautions. Lifeguard, emergency and medical respond. Patient transported to Scripps La Jolla.

September 7

15:53 - Medical: Anxiety attack at Foot of Law St. Lifeguards, emergency and medical respond. Patient released against medical advice.

17:46 - Boating: Vessel accident, hit and run at Seaforth Dock. Lifeguard boat unit responds. The parties will settle issue privately.

19:32 - Boating: Skiff off Marine St. abandoned. Lifeguards respond. Lifeguards assist owner in removal.

Sept 6

11:00 - Boating: Vessel adrift at mouth of Mariner’s Basin. Lifeguard boat units respond. Lifeguard meets owner who re-anchors vessel.

14:16 - Boating: Sail boat with broken mast at Mission Bay Channel. Lifeguard boat unit responds and tows vessel to mooring ball.

15:14 - Medical: Call box hang up with incoherent voices in background. Lifeguard and UCSD PD respond. UCSD PD transports to unknown location.

16:28 - Medical: C-spine at foot of Law St. Lifeguards, emergency and medical respond. Patient transported to Scripps La Jolla.

16:54 - Medical: Uncontrolled bleeding 3000 Mission Blvd. in South Parking Lot. Lifeguard and medical respond. Patient transported to Mercy.

18:19 - Medical: Femur fracture at Law St. Lifeguards, medical and emergency respond. Patient transported to Scripps La Jolla.

September 5

19:07 - Boating: Transient vessel over staying at Santa Clara Public Dock. Lifeguard boat unit responds and posts vessel with a warning.

September 4

02:57 - Medical: SDPD advises a 24 year-old female jumped off the OB pier and was brought to shore by citizens. Patient is reported to have a femur fracture. Lifeguard, medical and emergency respond. Patient transported to UCSD.

06:57 - Boating: Fire advises of a vessel fire at the Santa Clara Boat ramp. 24 foot vessel had a fire in the engine compartment and was extinguished by tower 21 lifeguard. Lifeguard boat unit responds to survey for salvage issues. Vessel was still on a trailer and removed by the owner.

08:06 - Boating: Reporting person states she received a call from her boyfriend whose kayak sunk off La Jolla and he was going to swim to shore. La Jolla Shores lifeguards execute a water rescue and a Good Samaritan tows kayak to shore. Rescue responds but victim needs no medical attention.

10:00 - Medical: Lifeguard requests medics for an 8 year-old male with a suspected broken leg at the Ocean Beach pier. Medical and emergency respond and parents transport.

12:15 - Boating: An overturned kayak in the turning basin. Lifeguard boat and Jet Ski units respond. 2 kayakers rescued and released.

13:00 - Boating: VHF caller reports vessel in distress in the channel. Lifeguard boat unit responds and tows the disabled boat to Dana Landing.

13:50 - Boating: 26’ sailboat stuck in the Kendall Frost Reserve. Lifeguard boat unit responds. Rental agency contacted for recovery.

14:26 - Medical: Windansea lifeguards request medics for a patient with a bee sting. Medical and emergency respond. Patient released against medical advice.

15:15: - Medical: Leisure Lagoon Guards request Medics for a 44 year-old male suffering from a panic attack. Patient released against medical advice.

15:45: - Medical: Lifeguard requests medics for an unknown age male with a dislocated knee. Emergency and medical respond and transport patient to Scripps La Jolla.

16:41 - Medical: Tower 21 reports an unconscious 49 year-old male and request medics. Lifeguard and medical respond. No aid, patient sleeping.

16:52 - Medical: Casa lifeguards request medics to 850 Coast Blvd. for a 92 year-old female fall patient. Medical and emergency respond and transport patient to Scripps La Jolla.

19:05 - Medical: 911 caller reports unconscious person on the boardwalk at Queenstown Ct. Lifeguard, medical and emergency respond. Emergency to handle.

19:50 - Enforcement: 911 caller concerned about intoxicated people and their dogs on the beach at Boomers. Lifeguard responds but is unable to locate.
