Chula Vista ranked 100 of 100 in recreation

Personal finance website WalletHub today (July 5) published its study of the best and worst cities for recreation. San Diego came in 12th of 100 of the largest cities, but Chula Vista lagged at 100th.

San Diego came in 6th in relative number of boat tours and water sports, and 6th in number of bike facilities. San Diego was 8th in parkland as a percent of city area and 9th in relative fishing spots. But San Diego came in 30th in relative music venues and population with walkable park access, and 31st on park spending per capita.

Overall, Orlando was number 1 and Tampa number 2.
