Earlier, Prager had dismissed Shames's claims of libel and eavesdropping against Peffer and Aguirre, awarding them almost $34,000 in fees and costs. Shames did not protest that decision but is challenging the award, which has not yet been ruled upon.

Today, Prager dismissed remaining allegations against Aguirre and Peffer for unauthorized computer access and eavesdropping.
