Continuing its transition from fancy water circus to Damp Disneyland, Sea World San Diego is scheduled to open its newest roller coaster this summer. And last week, park Spokesman Ron Hurtler announced the coaster’s name. “We wanted visitors to America’s Finest Ocean-Themed Amusement Park to be able to experience the same stomach-flipping thrills that its management and investors have experienced. And we think the Stock Drop, with its nearly vertical plunge, will help them do just that!”
