Title to the property is currently held by a trust controlled by Albert Corti, who served as mayor of Del Mar, San Diego County’s smallest city by population (4363), and for several years as a city councilmember.

2811 Heather Lane was first publicly offered for sale in late March, the asking price of $11,495,000 remains unchanged to date.
