July 15

— LG requests medics for a combative 42 Y/O male bleeding from the mouth at Oliver ct. Medics transport PT to UCSD.

July 14

— HP caught a male subject that was smoking marijuana on the Broadway Pier. During the investigation, it was found the subject was selling the marijuana, which is a felony. He was arrested and taken to County Jail.

July 13

— LG reports glider down at Torrey Pines. Northern area cliff response initiated. Para— glider is uninjured and walks out.

July 11

— HP stopped a vessel for not checking in with US Customs upon returning from Mexico. It was found that the fishing boat was an illegal charter. Reports were forwarded to the USCG, Customs for possible prosecution.

July 9

— Call box call at Marine St. from a female naked at the call box. Female went skinny dipping and now can’t find her clothes. Dispatch contacts SDPD who respond and finds her clothing.

June 24

— Vehicle in the water at North Pac Passage. Lifeguards and SDPD respond. Car has been in the water for a month. SDPD requested SDLG to help retrieve the car. Vehicle now with tow company.

June 21

— Report of people stuck by Torrey Pines State Beach. 4 people trapped by high tides and one person weighs 310 pounds, has a sprained knee and can’t walk. City Lifeguards, Copter and State Lifeguards respond. Copter airlifts patient out to land medic for AMA. 3 other victims walked out with assistance by Fire and Lifeguard personnel.

June 20

— Assault near drowning at Campland Marina. RP states disabled man pushed off boat and was struggling to stay afloat and swim. Lifeguards and SDPD respond. Medics transport PT to Scripps.

June 16

— Report of person who fell into flood control channel at 2760 Creekside Village Sq. Lifeguard and SDPD respond. RP states person fell from tree into flood control channel and no longer sees person. Lifeguards cancel after its confirmed channel has no water.

May 15

— HP dispatched to a scene where a subject climbed around a fence with razor wire, then jumped into the water around the Fifth Avenue Landing. Upon HP arriving and locating the subject he was soon taken into custody for being under the influence of drugs.

May 12

— Fully clothed person swimming across Mission Bay Channel Mouth. Report came over VHF 16. Rescue 5 and 4 Sam respond. Rescue 5 picks swimmer up and drops off at Mariners Basin. No mental problems.

May 8

— OB Pier jumper at the north T. Jumper has a good stroke. Lifeguards respond. LG’s from OB put guards in to check on the jumper. PD requested because guard had a hand up. Jumper cited and released.
