2014 San Diego Beer Week: Day 10

Barrel-Aged Victory at Sea Day: If ever there was a high-alcohol beer that’s palatable all day long, it’s Victory at Sea, a coffee-vanilla imperial porter from Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits. Beer Garden: Held on the lovely outdoor patio at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, this is the official closing ceremony for San Diego Beer Week (though other events do take place after it). THE Tomme Arthur Beer Dinner: Consider this the unofficial closing ceremony for Beer Week. Every year, The Lost Abbey director of brewery operations Tomme Arthur culls oddities and treasures from his cellar to share with nth level beer geeks over specially designed edibles and stories about how each intriguing brew came to be. | O’Brien’s Pub, 4646 Convoy Street, Kearny Mesa, 6:30 p.m.
