The cartoon! NOT the James Cameron film

Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, the movie! It’s a really great movie adaptation of the famous Douglas Adams book. It does a great job of keeping true to the type of humor you find in the book as well as add extra elements. The actors — like Martin Freeman (The Hobbit, Sherlock Holmes) and Zooey Deschanel (500 Days of Summer) — are great in it as well, many from before they were famous.

Avatar: The Last Airbender, the cartoon! NOT the James Cameron film or the live-action film film adaptation! This is a character-driven tale about a kid who must overcome odds to fulfill his destiny. The best kid series that’s also appealing to adults. It’s impossible not to fall in love with all the characters — even the villains.
