A voice mail to the editor

Excuse me for laughing in the Reader’s face, but the dumb article by David Batterson (Neighborhood News: “Shadow Mountain Church Sets Up in Hillcrest”) makes me laugh. Otherwise, I’d cry.

Mr. David Jeremiah did indeed receive a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University in Ohio. He did indeed receive an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Cedarville University. Who was the president of Cedarville College? None other than Mr. Jeremiah’s father.

Talk about moral slippage?

Give me a break.
