San Diegan stiffs Detroit on parking tickets

Detroit-area media are reporting that the bankrupt city is trying to $82 million in unpaid parking tickets, including late fees and court costs.

The media list nine egregious offenders. One is Michelle Marlo-Klims of San Diego, who reportedly owes Detroit more than $11,000.
