San Diegan can't get his New York law license back

Earlier couldn't get California real estate license

Former Albany, New York, attorney Leonard Krouner, now living in San Diego, this month was turned down in his attempt to win back his New York law license. On February 6, the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court turned down his second bid for reinstatement.

In 2003, he pleaded guilty to insurance fraud, grand larceny, and fraudulent Workers Compensation law practice, according to the Albany Times Union. His law practice had raked in $150,000 from such practices.
