Political advocacy group tied to Koch Brothers targets Scott Peters

According to the publication Politico, Americans for Prosperity, a conservative political action group tied to multibillionaires David and Charles Koch, wil put $145,000 into ads on San Diego area cable TV stations in an attempt to weaken freshmen Congressman Scott Peters, a Democrat. The commercials, according to a Republican source, will air until March 2.

"Americans for Prosperity, which has been linked to the billionaire Koch brothers, has rapidly emerged as the dominant Republican outside group in the 2014 midterm election," says Poltico.
