Blonde in White Convertible

Do you know me?

I am the blonde

in the white convertible.

Have you seen me

cruising up the coast

on a mango day?

Top down, honeydew

bandana holding back

my hair, juicy fruit lips

smiling, enticing you

into a day dream?

Have you looked for me?

I am said to be elusive and

you may not recognize me.

I frequently slip into

something more comfortable

inside the round

gray-haired lady who

lives in the canyon

and writes poetry.
