Poway man sues Apple

According to CNET News, Poway resident Mark David Menacher has sued tech giant Apple's chief executive Tim Cook in small-claims court and threatens to take his case to a higher court.

Menacher claims Apple's iOS 7 mobile operating system is causing unwanted downloads into his family's gadgets. Menacher wants removal of the i0S 7 install fie and $50. People around the country have been complaining about draining batteries, dropping Wi-Fi, and app problems with iOS 7.
