In another incident, a man dressed in a bikini, knee-high socks, and high heels was pushed to the ground and lost consciousness in front of Newport Pizza. A patron at the pizza joint told police and emergency medical personnel that she saw the scuffle and heard the victim’s head hit the ground. She did not see who pushed him.

The swimsuited man was seen earlier in the day at the OB Farmer's Market walking around in his costume. He was wheeled away to an ambulance while still unconscious.
