Bobcat by the Roadside in Lakeside

Most every day I like to drive down El Monte Rd in Lakeside, It reminds me of how it used to be in the old days: wide open fields, some farmed acreage, and the wildlife in the area — golden eagles, hawks, falcons, wild turkeys, deer, and, every once in a while, a mountain lion or a bobcat.

On March 9, a bobcat popped up just off the side of the road in time for a photo and some video.
