Shot in Tijuana: At Plaza Santa Cecilia

The newly painted face at the base of Tijuana’s grand arch, which marks the entrance to the city. The concrete base was originally painted a dull pea-soup green and didn’t seem in accord with the normally festive Plaza San Cecilia.
