Fries with that Arrest?

At approximately 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, a police helicopter and several police cars searched for a suspect in an unknown crime in the area of Broadway and Ninth and Tenth avenues. Over the loudspeaker, the helicopter pilot stated that the suspect was a black male of medium build, 5'6", wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

In the area of Broadway and Ninth, people perched on the balconies, stopped in the streets, and peered from their cars at the helicopter. The suspect was spotted at the Jack in the Box on 11th and C Street, and police raced to the area and arrested the man. They took him away in the police car as onlookers watched the events from the city college trolley stop and the Jack in the Box.
