I like the word "celebutard." It's three parts: "celebrity," "debutante," and "retard." It's pretty self-explanatory; it's any of the crop of young, really dumb girls who are famous. Paris, Lindsay -- all of the famous party girls. Posh Spice is the British equivalent. It's used mostly on L.A. gossip blogs, like defamer.com.

My friends and I also substitute "asylum" for "rehab." It seems like anyone - politicians, actors like Mel Gibson, and a lot of the celebutards - can enter rehab like asylum and just be beyond the reach of the law.
