David Copley's yacht at Antibes and Portofino

It's summer on the Riviera, and U-T publisher David Copley's 164-foot yacht Happy Days is making good progress through the balmy waters of the Mediterranean. Spotted at the International Yacht Club of Antibes on May 23, it has since been seen at Italy's Marina di Portofino on June 10 and in Monaco's Port Hercule on June 12 ... Mayor Jerry Sanders badly wants a new city hall and has turned to the city's redevelopment arm to come up with a plan. Meanwhile, his administration is letting the dirty brown paint slowly flake off the building's metal façade above C Street.
