For about 30 years, this Victorian house-cum-preschool has been nurturing wee ones. Tuition runs on the high end at Fleur de Lis ("the Harvard of preschools," some have quipped), where two half days cost $295 per month, and two full days cost $395. Sending your child five days a week will cost you $706 per month. But before the bitter pill of tuition, there's the waiting list, which is "business as usual" for Margaret Huffman, school director for 25 years. Several teachers also have 20-plus years caring for the children of folks who attended Fleur de Lis.
