"We travel to any location and perform marriage ceremonies," says Mary Austin. "We can also help couples with necessities like getting their marriage license and bringing in music." Consultation with a minister is one of the things customers can request, though wedding photos are not part of the nuptial package. Mary recommends a good photographer-for-hire (who charges a separate fee). Mobile Marriage was launched in 1992, and Mary has covered a lot of San Diego ground since then. "I know all the best wedding sites, so if the location hasn't been settled, I can recommend one. We also advise about decorations, dates and, if it's an outdoor ceremony, how to plan for weather." Couples can attain wedded bliss for $175 and up. "I used to have a chapel set up in my home where I could perform marriages, but now I only do mobile services at sites chosen by the customer."
