"We bought the store seven years ago, but the store has been here for over 30 years," explains owner Munther George. "We are a health-food store, and we also sell religious articles. We are a body and soul store. People may not believe it, but we started carrying religious goods because Our Blessed Mother gave some sort of apparition to our manager. She requested that we add religious items to our store for the salvation of souls. We have done that and been blessed for that." The statues in the store cost anywhere from $10 to $800. Crucifixes run from a small-sized $2 up to $150. For health of the body, Nature's Storehouse sells vitamins, herbal remedies, and homeopathic remedies. They have health books, the popular noni juice, and health-food groceries. The employees each week after closing at 6:15 p.m. with a rosary in the chapel at the back of the store.
