City Dreams: New Works From GMONIK

La Jolla, CA, December 29, 2012-GMONIK is an artist in just about every sense of the word. He creates raw, free-flowing images in various mediums. He is very much a contemporary Renaissance man, delving into graphic design, graffiti, writing, painting, and filmmaking. His most recent efforts are concentrated on painting for his upcomingsolo show titled "City Dreams"at Thumbprint Gallery on Saturday, January 12.

GMONIK, whose real name is Karl Gindelberger, is an international artist who has exhibited his work around US and China. He has shown artwork primarily in California and Shanghai. Recently, GMONIK participated in a live art show for the Design, Art & Fashion Fair in Shanghai. He also participated in the Sketchbook Project and was published in their book titled Fears and Tears.

This exciting solo art showfromGMONIK will be held at Thumbprint Gallery located at 920 Kline St. Suite 104in La Jolla. There will be free beer and sangria served. All ages are welcome,but must be 21 to drink.The show is from 5pm to10pm on January 12.
