Last month, I told you about new head chef Paul Niles at the eclectic South Park bistro, Vagabond.

Now, the restaurant continues its transient march across the Franco-inspired palette by participating in the 2nd annual Tour de Cuisine, which runs from March 24 to April 1.

For the event, Paul Niles has created a thirty-dollar, three-course menu highlighting the finest of French cuisine based on his own travels and classical culinary training.
