Trash Talk at City Hall
"The People's Ordinance, enacted in 1919, provides free trash pickup for homes on city streets" Fine let them have free trash pickup and the City can charge them for recycling and greenery pickup. Nothing is mentioned about these services being core services.— March 4, 2011 5:32 p.m.
