Arthur Levitt — Again
I watched Levitt's smug performance, at $900 an hour, before he left in his limo for his flight back. (Probably in first class for which the City of San Diego paid) He was arrogant. He railed against the City Attorney and taunted the City Council. Said if they didn't like his work they should fire him. But of course they didn't. They all sat and just watched this jerk's performance. They were rendered almost Mute. San Diego deserves what San Diego keeps electing. Speaking of elections....remember judges run for office too. See www.SanDiegojudges.com— April 16, 2009 1:33 p.m.
New Jersey transplants thrust into custody battle in Oceanside
P.S. For several years various reporters at this publication have been asked to investigate family court from a financial standpoint of judges ordering services of bogus visitation agencies. See www.FamilyLawCourts.com/ongoing.html For several years San Diego Reader has refused. So imagine the surprise when an article finally comes out, that it's against women. Actually that's about the only thing that isn't a surprise. No doubt Ernie didn't check out any other cases. Such as the number of parents killing their kids is largely, Men. See www.familylawcourts.com/badcop.html and by the way, it was the City Attorney of Oceanside that got a confidential settlement for male cops sexually harassing female cops which taxpayers paid. Ernie: It's called M-i-s-o-g-n-y and no thanks for your continuing to participate in it.— April 9, 2009 3:57 p.m.

Del Mar Un-Fairgrounds
It's been the common-sense, logical choice since, well, Bing Crosby. However, the fair doesn't benefit, hence powerful support against. After all, there's a lot of revenue from parked cars. More than people suspect.— March 16, 2009 6:01 p.m.
Michael Ellis As Angel
Ellis reminds me of Kevin Trudeau, the guy on late night TV hawking all the medical miracle cancer curing claims "the drug companies don't want you to know about." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Trudeau However, when the TV cameras went to his house to ask the hard questions he wouldn't come outside. Ole Kevin's books were quickly revamped and respun as a "free speech" issue. With Ellis even with those closely involved misspelled, (warning: crooks near by!) People will Still believe because they cannot or will not learn. Ellis strikes me as the counter-part to tele-evangelists. Be it religion or diet, once again we learn a sucker and his money are soon parted. Ellis and Trudeau are living-large proof of that. :)— March 13, 2009 11:55 a.m.

Scoundrels sell Kendall Street home out from under owner
So our council member's brother is going around advising on adverse possessions? And how does he come to know about them? Does this bode well for people in the district?— February 20, 2009 3:01 p.m.

San Diego City Attorney Jan Goldsmith fires John Serrano after Brown Field dust-up
All in all, it's the fault of the voters. We're the ones who keep electing these crooks.— January 29, 2009 9:12 p.m.
The eyes have it
But the Orange County Register is notorious for what they leave *out* of their reporting. Google, "Judicial Transparency Now" to see what I mean. The Register also has a problem of the headlines being directly opposite of story content. As in huge...and seemingly, although numerous complaints of readers, apparently are willing to live with it.— December 21, 2008 12:48 p.m.
