CCDC Wants More Cortez Property
Ditto, do away with CCDC. Which will probably never happen. At least as long as we have a crooked city hall.— September 27, 2010 7:43 a.m.
Casino economy
I hope Sarah Palin paid the university to speak. Not the other way around.— May 26, 2010 10:19 a.m.
Tapped Out
You have to love the picture they chose!— March 31, 2010 9:16 a.m.
We All Fight the Wall
The Sierra Club are a bunch of unrealistic tree-huggers. They probably want the government to build bridges so the illegals don't trample the bushes. Instead of working with government agencies to build roads, fences, etc. that are environmentally friendly they file expensive lawsuits that cost taxpayers millions of dollars.— March 24, 2010 7:45 a.m.
Dirty, Suspicious
In response to comment #1: SDPD, CHP, SD Sheriff, etc all charge a fee on impounded cars. When you go to the impound yard there is a break down of the towing charge on the wall including the cut that goes to the law enforcement agency who impounded the car. The fee is different for each agency. I am a fan of abstract Reader articles but I have to agree, "What is the point of this article?"— January 8, 2010 7:21 a.m.
Gang Street
The only good gang member is a dead one!— September 4, 2009 7:27 a.m.
Unfair Game
If California didn't have to support such a large population of illegal aliens the state could probably afford a lot of things including more game wardens.— September 3, 2009 7:52 a.m.
Jailbirds to Fly South?
These people are just going to end up back in the U.S. committing crimes. California needs to streamline the appeals process and increase the use of the death penalty.— September 2, 2009 8:21 a.m.
Mutiny in the County
I would like to have seen some more about the construction project and lawsuit.— August 21, 2009 11:42 a.m.
Pipe Nightmare
I hate F-ing thieves! Too bad they didn't get electrocuted. If they catch them, they should hang them from the building at the construction site by the copper wire they stole as a warning to other would-be thieves.— August 10, 2009 10:36 a.m.
