"Buy the Ticket, Take the Ride" -Hunter S. Thompson
I just got this tattoo, with my new friend Anya, on Saturday 9/26/15;
It is on my right forearm. I live in Mission Hills, San Diego. I am 28 years old, and I am an entrepreneur.
The reason I got this tattoo, is because I felt it necessary to express myself and to verbalize my current mental and spiritual state of being, so to speak. I am an existentialist. The significance of this/like most of Gonzo writing/philosophy, is that there always exists a balance in energy or forces.
The meaning to me is, we exist and we make choices; why overthink or doubt when action leads to purpose or lesson. Buy the ticket...take initiative...and take the ride...take chances/accept whatever is, whether good or bad.
We are only human, so we have to accept things we cannot control and be confident in our many paths taken. :)
