"Hunters Never Die, They Just Stay Loaded"
This was my very first tattoo when I turned 18 years old. I had just gotten paid, and on that day, I just so happened to be walking right by "About Face Tattoo" in Oceanside on my way home from work. Almost by instinct, I wrote these words down on a piece of paper for the artist, chose the style, took my shirt off, laid face down and waited for the needle to hit my back.
This is a family quote that I grew up seeing on the walls of my Father's house. My last name is Hunter, and it is somewhat of a creed that we live by. A Family of Strength and endurance...we never give up without a fight, and we are always locked and loaded, prepared to take life's challenges head on. Since the passing of my father in 2004, this tattoo means everything to me. It's a tribute to the name that he passed on to us, and now I wear it proudly on my back for the rest of my life.
