Once the lice are gone from whatever method you used to get rid of them, an easy way to kill nits if you can't get to every last one, is to flat iron the hair. Using very thin sections (1/4 inch) flat Iron the entire head and the nits will be dead. Much cheaper than spending a lot of money in a salon. PS. You may NOT go into a regular salon with lice.
