Megan Scollay-Casillas is a holistic health coach and an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America certified personal trainer. She has always lived a physically active lifestyle and spent more than 10 years dancing for various ballet, modern and hip hop companies. After leaving the dance world, she worked in the hospitality industry and was most recently the director of 3 departments for a nation-wide non-profit.
Like most business professionals, she lost sight of maintaining a work/life balance and engulfed herself in her career. It wasn’t until she was diagnosed with a metabolic disorder affecting her kidneys that she realized something very important. In order to find complete and balanced health, she would have to couple nutritional changes with mindful, spiritual adjustments. She immersed herself in holistic health practices and enrolled in the Health Coach Certification program at Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Megan has made it her mission to empower others to find and maintain work/life balance. By supporting her clients on their personalized journey she gives them the tools they need to uphold balanced health and happiness. She hopes to remind people everyday that, “You Deserve Better Health.”
